Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Browny Travels, including making enquiries, bookings, or payments, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

1. Services Provided

Browny Travels acts as a travel agent, arranging travel-related services such as flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, and holiday packages through third-party suppliers. We do not operate airlines, hotels, or transport services directly unless stated otherwise.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Browny Travels. Customers are responsible for checking all booking details upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any errors.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until full payment is made. Prices may be affected by factors such as airline charges, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or supplier changes. Payments must be made by the agreed deadline to secure bookings.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider. Any cancellation may result in partial or full charges, including non-refundable deposits. Browny Travels will always advise customers of applicable cancellation terms before confirming a booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to supplier policies and timelines.

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests for changes such as dates, names, or destinations are subject to supplier approval and may incur additional charges. Browny Travels cannot guarantee that changes can be made once a booking is confirmed.

6. Travel Documents & Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documents. Browny Travels may provide general guidance but is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or delays due to missing or incorrect documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and personal belongings. Browny Travels is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

8. Liability

Browny Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, or tour operators. We act only as an intermediary between the customer and service providers.

9. Special Requests

Any special requests such as seating preferences, dietary requirements, or room types will be passed on to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

10. Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms, availability, and time limits. Browny Travels reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
